Cedric Degruyter is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Casiola, a leading vacation rental management company with over 500 properties across more than 40 destinations, including Aruba, Florida, Texas and Spain. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, software development, e-commerce, business development, and operations, Cedric drives Casiola’s strategic growth initiatives, including franchise expansion, owner acquisition, and innovative marketing strategies. He also spearheads the company’s sustainability efforts, including the recent journey to obtain Sustonica certification.
Before joining Casiola, Cedric was the Chief Marketing Officer and later Chief Operating Officer at PrintConcept.com/Flyer.be, one of Europe’s largest online printing companies, with operations across Europe and North Africa. He holds a Six Sigma certification and is fluent in English, French, and Dutch. Cedric studied architecture at HOGENT.
In his role as CGO, Cedric is responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies – aligning marketing, sales, and operational initiatives to drive scalable business growth.
- Franchise development and expansion – supporting franchisees in achieving market leadership through innovative marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Owner acquisition and retention – leveraging cutting-edge technology and data analytics to deliver higher returns for property owners.
- Brand building and digital transformation – enhancing Casiola’s online presence through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategies.
- Industry leadership and networking – representing Casiola at major industry events and building lasting relationships with partners, realtors, and investors.
- Sustainability leadership – leading Casiola’s push towards more eco-friendly operations, including the multi-episode web series documenting the company’s journey to Sustonica certification.
Cedric lives in Bruges with his partner and children. He speaks three languages, plays guitar in obscure local bands, and loves to mess around with oil paint as a creative outlet.
