myCasiola is the first Property Dashboard that gives you insight into your home in real time. To access the dashboard, the easiest way is to set a short cut on your home screen.
<h2>How do you add myCasiola to your homescreen?</h2>

<li>Open https://my.casiola.com in Chrome on your Android device.</li>
<li>Click on the triple dot icon ( <a href=”https://owners.casiola.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/overflow-icon.png”><img class=”size-full wp-image-9827 alignnone” src=”https://owners.casiola.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/overflow-icon.png” alt=”” width=”6″ height=”20″ /></a> ) at the top on the right.</li>
<li>Choose “Add to home screen”.</li>
<li>If not specified, type in myCasiola in the box and click “ADD”.</li>
<li>You’ll see a pink myCasiola icon on your home screen now.</li>

<li>Click on the share icon ( <img class=”alignnone size-full wp-image-9831″ src=”https://owners.casiola.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/share-icon-iphone.png” alt=”” width=”14″ height=”20″ /> ) in the middle of the bottom Safari menu.</li>

3. Choose “Add to Home Screen”.
4. If not specified, type in myCasiola in the box and click “Done”
5. You’ll see a pink myCasiola icon on your home screen now.
<h2>Adding extra users</h2>
You initially start with 1 user who has access to all property details on the dashboard. But it’s very easy to add more users to the same account.

<ol>
<li>Tap on the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen</li>
<li>Tap “Add user”</li>
<li>Fill in First name and email address of the new user</li>
<li>Click “Add”</li>
</ol>
We now send a mail to the new user to set a new password, after which the user can access myCasiola with these credentials.
