We make sure our guests start their vacation worry-free. We deliver welcome packages, complete with trash bags, bathroom tissue, soap, detergent, and other essential items, so that your guests can settle in and start relaxing!

This tablet gives our guests not only access to the Internet but also provides guests with a premium guest experience, access to local experiences and services and simple comms to understand how the property works.

Guest Screening

To rent out your home, you need to trust your guests. Our skilled reservation team makes sure that all guests meet our standards:

  • Casiola collects identification and payment prior to the guests’ arrival.
  • To book with us, a guest must be at least 21 years of age and cannot pay with cash or a fraudulent credit card.
  • He or she must be able to provide information about the trip in appropriate detail, and the number of guests must always be within the capacity of the home.

In case anything does go wrong, you will be insured for accidental damages up to $1,500.
