In the last couple of weeks we have been contacted by several Margaritaville® Resort Orlando homeowners that have expressed their concerns about the 2 official onsite management companies and their services, rates and fees.

Although we are not officially appointed by Margaritaville® Resort Orlando, we want to offer owners a simple and transparent alternative management program.

Choosing an alternative management company at Margaritaville® Resort Orlando means that your guests will not have access to certain resort amenities like the hotel pool, wellness/fitness center or kids club.

However, most cottages have a private pool or hot tub and your guests will have full access to the Sunset Walk shopping and entertainment area, the H2O Live water park (paid separately) and to several of the hotel’s restaurants and lounges.

I am convinced that many guests would love to have the Margaritaville® experience, but save precious dollars that can be used at the theme parks and other Orlando attractions. And to set the right expectations from the start, we will make sure to communicate the restrictions to all guests, before and after each booking.

As an owner you will pay considerably less fees. No resort fee, no OTA fee, no reservation fee. Just a 20% marketing and booking fee.
