I’ve been with Casiola for just a few weeks, but I can say that my experience has been great (already October is virtually booked). I’m new also at being a vacation home owner and so far the people from Casiola has helped me in all my doubts and requests, even with small details. The communication is always open, and answers are really quickly.
My concern to find a property management company was to have someone that could take care of my home like if it was myself (or pretty close to that), and I could sense from all people that I met in Casiola that this is what they propose to do for their customers.
