A friend of mine owns a condo at Vista Cay that is managed by Casiola.  I rented his condo and was so impressed with the Vista Cay facilities and management by Casiola that I immediately began evaluating the business plan to buy one.  I contacted Casiola about their management philosophy and rates, and I could not have been more impressed.  Dennis really understands the market and how to make each guest’s experience spectacular.

I certainly recommend Casiola to anyone interested in short-term rental management, and I also recommend renting through Casiola when staying in Orlando.  I intend to expand my holdings in the area, and Casiola will manage my new acquisition.
