Epic Universe is across Universal Blvd. Vista Cay is one of the only communities in the city of Orlando zoned for short-term rental, so a family that wants to walk out of the park and into a kitchen has almost nowhere else to go.
The group trip
The Orange County Convention Center is minutes away. Four colleagues splitting a 3-bedroom beats four hotel rooms, and they book the largest unit available for longer than a family does. Your 3-bed townhome and your 2-bed condo are not the same product, they should not be priced as if they were.
The midweek stay
SeaWorld, Aquatica and International Drive are minutes out. Two or three nights, a kitchen, a washer, a real bedroom count. These are the Monday-to-Thursday nights most Vista Cay homes leave empty.
