Meet the Owner Relations team

As the Owner Relations Manager at Casiola, I make sure our owners are treated like family. I started in the vacation rental industry in 2009, when I joined Casiola and became a Florida resident. Since then, I’ve worked my way through different areas of the business, learning and growing along the way. I love sharing my experiences and expertise with my team to take our department to the next level.

Born and raised in Brazil, I love discovering and learning about new cultures. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry since 2012 and enjoy helping Casiola’s Portuguese and Spanish speaking owners and guests. It’s satisfying to be able to help manage their needs and offer solutions to their issues.

With a passion for the travel industry and an entrepreneurial spirit, I founded Casiola with the idea of helping owners maximize their investments by providing exceptional guest experiences. My extensive background in marketing, company culture, company structures and automation has helped me put together a fantastic team and build our company to what it is today. I also love utilizing my skills in marketing, management, process optimization and organization with my team, our owners and our guests.
